Job summary

Wickes in the UK is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from the showroom to home visits, turning ideas into practical spaces that customers love. You will create inspiring designs using our tools, offer product advice, and own the full customer journey in-store, virtually and at customers' homes, while keeping the showroom standards high and the process smooth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Creative design thinking with ability to visualise spaces and translate ideas into plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at a customer’s home with consistent care.
• Turn prospects into customers by finding best space and budget solutions and generate showroom leads.
• Create inspiring designs using our tools and present/refine ideas with customers.
• Look after showroom displays and maintain high standards.
• Stay organised and proactive, keeping customers updated and communicating progress clearly.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health & safety.
