Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from first showroom conversation through to installation in their homes. You will blend design expertise with sales skills to create spaces that reflect clients' ideas, while managing the full customer journey with care.

You'll design using Wickes tools, present options, and help customers realise practical, stylish spaces. The role includes showroom upkeep, target-driven selling, and flexible working within our store

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at home.

• Create inspiring designs using design tools and refine with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organised and communicate progress clearly.
• Comply with policies including GDPR and health & safety.
