Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtual, or at home.
• Identify and convert prospects; generate showroom leads.
• Create designs using our tools; present and refine with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Stay organised; keep customers updated and communicate progress.
• Adhere to company policies including GDPR and health & safety.
