Wickes is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from initial showroom conversation through to on-site visits, turning ideas into practical spaces. You’ll use design knowledge to present inspiring solutions and own the full customer experience with care.

You’ll be customer-focused, sales-driven and creative, delivering exceptional service while staying organised and proactive in a dynamic showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually, or at a customer's home with consistent care.
• Turn prospects into customers and generate leads within the showroom.
• Create inspiring designs using design tools and collaborate with customers to refine ideas.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold Wickes’ high standards.
• Stay organised, keep customers updated, and communicate progress clearly.
• Comply with company policies and regulations including GDPR and health & safety.
