Job summary

Wickes in the West Midlands is seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Consultant to guide customers from the showroom conversation to home installation, turning ideas into practical spaces. You’ll lead design discussions, present concepts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the journey.

You’ll use design tools, maintain showroom standards and work with customers on space and budget, supported by extensive training and an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Wickes customer journey in-store, virtually or at home with high attention.
• Convert prospects into customers by finding space- and budget-appropriate solutions.
• Create inspiring designs using our tools and present refined ideas with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and uphold high standards.
• Keep customers updated and communicate progress clearly.
• Follow policies including GDPR, finance and health & safety.
