Here at Pilgrims Coffee House and Roastery on the iconic Holy Island of Lindisfarne we are on the search for an enthusiastic member of the team to support the kitchen and back of house. Primarily the responsibility will be in the washroom area alongside the opportunity to prepare menu items once fully trained. Our coffee is sourced intentionally with these core values and roasted to order for minimum waste and maximum flavour. We source ingredients from carefully selected suppliers/ producers and prepare 99% of our menu offering in house.

Qualities we are looking for are first and foremost a positive, can do attitude and team player. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment due to the nature of the tidal island being a tourist/ pilgrimage destination, so you need to be able to adapt, multitask and work efficiently.
