Qualifications

  • Strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills related to catering.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
  • Prepare produce for mealtime, such as vegetable preparation and making sandwiches.
  • Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
  • Safely store cleaning materials.
  • Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Head / Second Chef or Home Manager.
