Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing large engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical operations within the buildings are maintained to high standards.
• Manage all technical issues across the building.
• Responsible for managing company’s H&S and environmental performance.
• Plan building shutdowns and basic client project works.
• Management of client relationships on a daily basis.

Skills

Strong understanding of building management systems

Strong technical engineering understanding

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to manage and prioritise workload

Education

Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND or higher)
