Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to lead and coordinate administrative functions for the West Yorkshire Keyworker Service across Leeds and Bradford. The role involves finance, data management and communications, with on-site work required at least two days a week and flexible home-working days.

You will support the Programme Manager and Children’s Services Manager to ensure compliant, efficient services that deliver positive outcomes for families, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

Experience leading administrative functions including front of house, finance, health & safety compliance, reporting.
Proven data collation, auditing and reporting experience.
Proficient in Excel and IT packages such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate administrative functions across West Yorkshire Keyworker Service and related services.
Manage finance and data activities, and work with Digital/Engagement to develop communications.
Operate on-site at least 2 days per week with agreed home-working days.
Support Programme Manager and Children's Services Manager to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.
