Job summary

Barnardo's in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to lead and coordinate administrative functions across our Keyworker Service, with a strong focus on finance, data and communications. The role operates on site at least 2 days a week, with home working on other days and base location to be agreed across Leeds and Bradford.

You will work with the Programme Manager and Children’s Services Manager to ensure services run efficiently, remain compliant and deliver positive

Qualifications

• We are looking for a highly organized and motivated administrator who can demonstrate adaptability and leadership across administrative functions such as front of house, finance, health & safety compliance, reporting, and general office administration.
• Proven experience in referral input, data collation, data entry, auditing and reporting.
• Confident in Microsoft Excel and using IT packages including Power BI.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate administrative functions across the West Yorkshire Keyworker Service and related services.
• Take a lead in Finance and Data and collaborate with the Digital, Media and Engagement Worker for communications.
• Operate on site at least 2 days a week with base location to be agreed across Leeds and Bradford.
