Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and daily sales.

You will manage opening/closing, operate POS, process Omni-Channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect assets, and uphold our brand culture and values. Weekend availability is required. The role is part of the store leadership team with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Flexible weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
