Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a confident Key Holder for our Swindon store. You will open and close the store, lead a small team, support floor moves and visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service while helping to achieve budget goals.

The role requires flexibility for shifts from 8:30am to 8:30pm, including weekends and overtime. Benefits include 50% off full-price Monsoon/Accessorize, a quarterly allowance, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late evenings.
• Ability to lead a small team and deliver excellent service.

Job description

Hourly Rate : £13.16 (with up lift for key holding duties)

We are looking for a sparkly, motivated and confident Key holder to join our very fast paced and busy store. We need somebody who’s super available for over time and will be expected to work throughout the week and weekend, we are a late trading store so shifts include both early morning starts 8.30am and late night finished 8.30 pm (which increases at Christmas to 9.30pm). Previous experience is beneficial, responsibilities include opening and closing of the store, leading the team, supporting with floor moves and VM, inputting windows, excellent customer service and achieving Budget. Opportunities include covering and learning in other local stores, possible progression into a Manager retail role within the company and learning from 3 experienced Managers.
