The Role:

As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key retail and/or e-commerce accounts. From launching new products to negotiating promotions, you’ll be the driving force behind commercial success across your channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key retail and/or e-commerce accounts.
  • Build tailored account plans to support growth targets and brand objectives.
  • Lead negotiations around listings, promotions, and pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Marketing, NPD, and Supply Chain.
  • Monitor sales data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to expand presence and increase visibility in-store and online.
  • Support trade shows, product launches, and seasonal planning.

  • Experience managing accounts in the personal care, beauty, or wider FMCG space.
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
