Key Account Manager | £32k basic circa £45k OTE plus uncapped commission | Derby DE21
9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday (hybrid working upon successful completion of probation period)

Cherry Professional are seeking to recruit an innovative anddynamic Key Account Manager. What we’re looking for:

Proven background in project/account management, client services, or training, preferably within the property industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities
Willingness to travel across the UK, including potential overnight stays, and possession of a full UK driving license

The finer elements of the role include:

Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal adoption and satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals, crafting bespoke marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive ROI
Work closely with sales, customer success, support, and digital design teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions
Conduct monthly strategy and business reviews, utilisingdata to demonstrate value and inform future initiatives
Act as an escalation point, coordinating with support and development teams to address and resolve complex client issues promptly
Engage with clients across various platforms, including social media, to reinforce brand presence and client engagement
