About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of one of Nexgen’s major accounts in the UK. Being able to grow with our company is all but one reward, you will develop relationships with new customers for products such as labels, tags, hangers, and various other retail packaging product lines by performing duties as listed below.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work collaboratively with the executive, product, marketing & sales team on a go‑to‑market strategy with the retail, apparel and footwear brands.
  • Develop a solid pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Engage with key global stakeholders within TRIMCO GROUP including product and vendor sales teams.
  • Assist in delivering the TRIMCO GROUP sustainability strategy.
  • Build strong relationships within accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products and or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Manage customer direct sales to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from identification to post‑sales support.
  • Confer with customers and internal departments to assess customer needs and to determine the product requirements.
  • Coordinate with Product Development, Customer Service and Graphic Design teams to ensure there is good communication and understanding of customer needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities of new product development, ensuring products meet the customer’s technical and commercial needs
  • Identify market trends in the industry and developing new product ideas
  • Recommend ideas to improve and grow our share within an account
Ideally, We’d Like You to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a similar role is preferred but not required
  • 5 plus years relevant work experience
  • Tags and Labels experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze and problem solve
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Managerial skills, potential to become Sales Director in 1-3 years.
  • Must be proactive and self driven, possess excellent communication skills and team-focused
  • Must be able to travel and or be on site with customers as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Willingness to engage in an open, safe and forward‑thinking environment
