Job Position: Key Account Business Development Manager

Description: The Key Account Business Development Manager at Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities; recognize decision-making chains of key clients and users.
  2. Proactively establish customer relationships and collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects.
  3. Manage the entire project process and lead project bidding to successful closure.
  4. Promote Dahua products and services to specifiers, including systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  5. Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings with partners.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and interested parties.
  7. Communicate product features, benefits, and developments effectively.
  8. Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program to partners.
  9. Provide product and commercial training in collaboration with partners.
  10. Encourage system specifications that include Dahua solutions.
  11. Work closely with distribution partners to meet business needs.
  12. Assist in developing market and vertical strategies for Dahua products.
  13. Support marketing events and participate in exhibitions.
  14. Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  15. Prepare and submit timely reports for management.

Additional Expectations:

  1. Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.
  2. Have sufficient experience in the CCTV industry.
  3. Respond to sales inquiries promptly.
  4. Develop existing and new customer relationships through planned support.
  5. Monitor activities and generate management reports weekly and quarterly.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  7. Participate in meetings to support organizational development.
  8. Attend training to stay updated on market trends and product knowledge.
