Description:

The Key Account Business Development Manager within Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to improve business performance and reputation, ensuring healthy and sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities, managing the entire project process until successful closure.
  2. Promote Dahua products and services to systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  3. Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings with partners.
  4. Plan and prepare presentations for partners and interested parties.
  5. Communicate product features, benefits, and developments.
  6. Introduce the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program to partners and secure their engagement.
  7. Provide product and commercial training in collaboration with partners.
  8. Encourage system specifications that include Dahua solutions.
  9. Work with distribution partners to meet partner requirements.
  10. Develop market strategies for Dahua products and solutions.
  11. Support marketing events and exhibitions.
  12. Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  13. Prepare and submit reports as required.
The Business Development Manager is also expected to:
  1. Maintain accurate CRM data.
  2. Respond to sales inquiries and develop existing and new customer relationships.
  3. Monitor activities and produce management reports.
  4. Conduct market research and surveys.
  5. Attend meetings and training to stay updated on market and product knowledge.
