Description:

The Key Account Business Development Manager at Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities.
  2. Build relationships with customers and collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects.
  3. Manage the entire project process and lead bidding until closure.
  4. Promote Dahua products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  5. Follow up on new business opportunities and organize meetings.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and interested parties.
  7. Communicate product features, benefits, and developments.
  8. Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program.
  9. Provide product and commercial training to partners.
  10. Encourage system specifications including Dahua solutions.
  11. Collaborate with distribution partners to meet business needs.
  12. Develop market strategies and vertical market approaches.
  13. Support marketing events and exhibitions.
  14. Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  15. Prepare reports and provide management with insights.
Additional Expectations:
  1. Maintain and update CRM data.
  2. Possess relevant CCTV industry experience.
  3. Respond to sales inquiries and develop existing and new customers.
  4. Monitor activities and produce reports.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  6. Participate in meetings and training sessions.
