The Role
As a Junior Waiter, you will:
- Support senior floor staff with food running,
clearing, and mise en place. - Learn the rhythm and etiquette of high-end
service delivery. - Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of
your section. - Communicate clearly with the kitchen and
front-of-house teams. - Refill water, clear plates, and ensure guests
are cared for throughout. - Develop confidence and skills through ongoing
on-the-job training.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are
passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused
attitude. - A willingness to learn and follow
instructions precisely. - Polished personal presentation and
communication skills. - Some previous hospitality or F&B
experience (preferred, not essential). - Strong attention to detail and guest service
potential. - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and
split shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting and clearing tables
during and after service. - Ensure cutlery, glassware, and service
equipment are polished and ready. - Observe senior team members and follow
service steps carefully. - Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
- Take direction during briefings and assist
with section readiness. - Contribute to a calm, professional, and
welcoming guest environment.
