You’ll work with our engineers on real client issues from day one, including site visits, with a strong focus on developing your skills in Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking (IP addresses, DNS, Wi-Fi).
• A genuine interest in IT and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Log, work and update support tickets by phone, email and remote session.
• Troubleshoot everyday hardware, software, printer and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Set up laptops, phones and new starter accounts.
• Handle password resets plus mailbox and Teams access requests.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes.
• Join engineers on client site visits and device rollouts.
• Document fixes for team knowledge.
