Job summary

INDAPE in Essex, Harlow is seeking a Tech Support Engineer with 2–3 years of 1st/2nd line experience. You will support hardware, software, and network issues while growing with a fast-growing MSP.

Responsibilities include configuring Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Teams, managing endpoints, and maintaining Windows Server environments. A driver’s license and willingness to travel in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT support experience in MSP incl. on-site and helpdesk.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• UK resident with valid driver''s license and own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Teams services.
• Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, firewall management, and network-related issues, including WatchGuard and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Deploy and support Microsoft 365 products, including Entra ID, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Apply online only and virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V).
• Utilize RMM tools for proactive system maintenance and monitoring.
• Maintain and enhance network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
