Job summary

INDAPE is seeking a Senior Tech Support Engineer in Harlow, Essex. You will join a fast-growing MSP to provide expert IT support across hardware, software, and networking, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with IT Support and MSP environments, 4 years+ in 2nd/3rd line.
• Able to work across onsite and support desk scenarios.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot LAN, VPN, firewall management (WatchGuard/Palo Alto).
• Deploy and support Microsoft 365 products (Entra ID, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams).
• Manage devices and policies with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
• Support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Utilize RMM tools for proactive maintenance and monitoring.
• Maintain network infrastructure and security best practices.
