A cybersecurity company in the UK is seeking an Associate/Jr. Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical support. You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. The Associate/Jr. Support Engineer provides enterprise‑level technical support to SpyCloud customers and partners. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, document findings, escalate when needed, and ensure customers receive timely, high‑quality responses. This is a hands‑on role that offers growth into advanced integrations, security concepts, and API troubleshooting.
