Butcombe Group invites applications for a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchens across scenic pubs and inns in the UK. You will support the Sous and Head Chef, help with food preparation, and ensure high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service during every shift.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain high standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is organised, clean and ready for service.
• Help to train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute new ideas and embrace opportunities to learn and develop your culinary skills.
• Support stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• Step up when needed and play an active role in the success of the kitchen team.
