Butcombe Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in one of our stunning UK locations. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, taking pride in delivering exceptional dishes.

You will support with food prep, service and day-to-day kitchen management, while coaching chefs, managing stock and helping maintain high standards of quality, consistency and presentation across every plate.

Responsabilités

• Working alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen smoothly, efficiently and safely.
• Support with food preparation, service and day-to-day kitchen management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
• Coach and mentor chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
• Help manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
• Lead in the Head Chef's absence and support the wider kitchen team development.
• Play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture.
