• Experience working with fresh food to a high standard.
• Capable and able to work unsupervised.
• Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 2AA rosette level kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for restaurant and functions to 2AA rosette standards.
• Assist running service in Head Chef's absence.
• Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene.
