Gateway Hospitality Recruitment seeks a junior commis chef for a luxury country house hotel in the Marlow area. In a 2AA rosette kitchen you will assist the Head Chef in delivering food of the highest standard for fine dining and private functions.

• Experience in AA rosette level kitchen.
• Experience in fine dining and function catering.
