Job summary
Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen brigade. Working with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will help deliver exceptional food and support menu development in our luxury hotel kitchen, home to an award-winning 3 AA Rosette restaurant.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality hotels, restaurants or high-volume kitchens.
- Strong culinary skills and professionalism.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work with a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Support stock control, food cost management and rotation to minimise waste.
- Assist in supervising and developing junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation in a busy environment.
