Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef is required.
  • Demonstrated skills in food preparation, including both hot and cold dishes.
  • Knowledge of allergens and kitchen essentials is important.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during shifts.
  • Ensure prep is completed for the day.
  • Make each dish according to specifications.

Job description

What you'll bring
  • You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self‑motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
