Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a country dining pub & restaurant in the Daventry & Banbury area to recruit a Junior Sous Chef. The role is hands-on and involves deputising for the Head Chef and leading the brigade in their absence.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef and a passion for fresh, well‑cooked food. The position offers a 4‑day on, 3‑day off week with a basic salary up to £35,000 plus £5,000 tips (package £40,000).

• Already working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard

Excellent Opportunity in Fantastic Country Dining Pub - 4 Day week

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their award winning Country Dining Pub & Restaurant serving all fresh food to customers in the Daventry & Banbury area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub cooks to 2AA rosette level and is an excellent career opportunity working alomngside a talented Head Chef. Due to location you will need your own transport.

Salary & Benefits
