Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a busy country pub near Corby, Northamptonshire, in finding a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef. You will prepare lunch and dinner using fresh produce, deputise when required, and help develop junior team members in a small kitchen.

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Corby in Northamptonshire for a Chef to work in their busy well established Country Pub. As part of a small creative kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in servingse freshly prepared food. The pub serves a traditional pub menu with light snacks and busy Sunday Lunch trade.
