A major healthcare provider in Kent is seeking a Band 6 Junior Sister / Charge Nurse to enhance outpatient services. The role involves supporting clinical governance and leading teams in a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a patient-centered approach, alongside necessary qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma and registered nursing status. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580 per year.
We are looking to second a Band 6 Junior Sister / charge nurse within Outpatients at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital and Estuary House, Whitstable.
Outpatients services are delivered across multiple locations including Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital, William Harvey Hospital Ashford, Kent & Canterbury Hospital, Buckland Hospital Dover, Royal Victoria Hospital Folkestone and Estuary View.
The Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse role is the key supporting function to enable the optimal care of our outpatients and to the Trust. The delivery of a high, effective and compassionate care is the most important role within the organisation.
Outpatients Services are delivered between 8am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday, but there may be in the future requirements to support evening and weekend clinics.
