Main Purposes Of a Job

• To review information provided by clients and accurately
• produce either 3D or 2D coordinated work to the relevant
• standards within the given project timeframes.
  
  

Key Tasks

• Monitor the shared jobs mailbox and liaise with team to
• ensure all work is undertaken efficiently.
• Review work submitted by clients to your personal and
• shared inbox and liaise where tasks are unclear.
• Setup REVIT or CAD files to client requirements,
• producing clear drawings to be marked up on by client.
• Work with clients to maintain productive working relationship.
• Ability to QA own work before submittal.
• Produce REVIT or CAD files to clients standards.
• Maintain files in an orderly manner on internal and
• Clients document systems.
• Package information for issue to clients
• Accurately maintain timesheets within Temponia,
  
  

Key Objectives

• To ensure deadlines are met, escalating any at riskprojects to a director in a timely manner.
• To prioritise competing deadlines.
• Knowledge / Skills ? To be proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Have a broad understanding BEP, EIR, etc
• Be familiar with industry standards.
• Understanding of ACC and other CDEs
