Job summary

Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. This role supports the day-to-day running of the office, manages driver bookings and speaks with clients and candidates.

You don't need recruitment experience; attitude and reliability matter most. You'll be calling drivers, advertising jobs, interviewing candidates and maintaining CRM records, while keeping the driver pool well managed and compliant.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings and speak with clients and candidates.
