• Writing and advertising vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Managing candidate registrations, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
• Supporting client account management and learning business development techniques.
• Coordinating interviews, bookings, and placements.
• Maintaining accurate records using recruitment software and CRM systems.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Working towards individual and team performance targets.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while developing your sales and relationship‑building skills. Working closely with experienced consultants and the Driving Division Operations Director, you will gain hands‑on experience in candidate management, client development, and recruitment operations.
