Job summary

Get Staff is expanding and seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy temporary driving division in a modern office overlooking Port Solent Marina. This 360 recruitment role focuses on building and managing a successful driving desk, with hands-on responsibilities and clear performance targets.

You'll register and onboard drivers, fill vacancies quickly with suitable candidates, grow client and driver relationships, and participate in an out-of-hours rota.

• Maintaining and growing desk performance.
• Participating in an out-of-hours rota (approx. 1 in 3 weekends).
• Visiting clients regularly (full UK driving licence and own vehicle).
