Job summary

Driver Hire Northampton is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team, focusing on recruiting and onboarding temporary drivers across Northamptonshire. You will work with recruitment and operations to attract, onboard and support candidates while ensuring high service levels.

You’ll create adverts, source candidates, screen applications, conduct calls and registrations, and support compliance and payroll processes.

Qualifications

Driver Hire Northampton is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, is highly organised and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding temporary drivers, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers across Northamptonshire.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with our recruitment and operations team to ensure we attract, onboard and support the best temporary driver candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
• Sourcing and attracting suitable driver candidates
• Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
• Arranging and conducting candidate registrations
• Completing compliance and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
• Building strong relationships with drivers and providing a positive candidate experience
• Supporting the team in filling temporary assignments

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will also have the opportunity to become involved in a wider range of activities, including:

• Business development support
