Job summary

Driver Hire Colchester is looking for a reliable, confident and organised Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the office, manage driver bookings and speak with clients and candidates.

You don't need recruitment experience, attitude and reliability matter more. You will develop your skills, handle phone calls, update CRM records, and contribute to business development while training and progressing

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Confident speaking on the phone.
• Organised and able to work at pace.
• Proactive and willing to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily and weekly driver bookings.
• Calling drivers and confirming assignments.
• Speaking with clients about staffing requirements.
• Advertising jobs and recruiting new drivers.
• Interviewing and registering candidates.
• Keeping our CRM and compliance records up to date.
• Looking after our existing driver pool.
• Supporting business development and marketing.
• Joining our week-on, week-off on-call rota once fully trained.
