Job summary

Parkes Personnel Ltd is offering a Driving Recruitment Consultant role with an existing desk that already bills around £2.5k per week. You’ll join a growing team with flexible hours and a supportive environment, inheriting a productive desk and an ambitious business backing your growth.

The role focuses on managing and expanding the driving desk, building client relationships, and recruiting temporary drivers, with no initial threshold in the first six months and a 3k threshold thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing Driving desk.
• Build relationships with existing clients and win new business.

• Source, interview and place quality candidates.
• Fill bookings quickly while delivering a high level of service.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Play an important part in the continued growth of the branch.
