Job summary

The Best Connection in Dartford is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant with no experience needed. You will join a growing, employee-owned business and receive full training in the 360 recruitment cycle.

You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, source and interview candidates, and work toward achievable targets with ongoing support. There is clear progression and the opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification.

Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commissionRecruitment Consultant - 12 months + experience:

£28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

OTE: £31,000 - £34,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office based role.

A full current driving licence may be required for client visits.
