We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join the team in our Northern Hub office in Bradford BD1. This position plays a key role in maintaining Driver Hire's reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers, whilst also ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards.

What does the role involve?

As our new Recruitment Consultant, on a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike and will work alongside people who are just as passionate about delivering a great service as you are.

Your tasks will involve managing the whole recruitment cycle, including:

• Visiting clients to discuss supply
• Advertising roles, recruiting and registering candidates
• Personal marketing
• Collation of timesheets for payroll team
• Rate agreements
• Ensuring all records are up to date and correct.

As a new Driver Hire Recruitment Consultant you will be supported through an induction and training period which will focus on allowing you to learn the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team.

What do you need to be successful?

A key part of your success in the Recruitment Consultant role will be your:

• Ability to grow the branch through exceptional service delivery
• Ability to handle the responsibility of autonomy
• Ability to follow a process, and compliance
• High level of attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and customers
• Full, UK driving licence
• Previous experience of sales, recruitment, driving or logistics would be advantageous
• Aptitude to learn and a positive attitude.

Why support will you be given?

You will be working within a supportive team of fifteen, with an "in the field" Sales Manager focused on attracting new business, alongside a National Brand Marketing Team and Local Attraction Team. You will also be supported by a Payroll Team who manage the weekly process, and a National Accounts Team to assist with the local engagement of national contracts, as well as benefiting from ongoing training, expert mentoring and coaching.
