This is a second-shift position with a Monday to Saturday work week. This position will require night work 3 out of the four weeks per month. We are looking for bilingual leaders (Spanish and English).

Position Overview

As a key member of our project management team, the Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of technicians to execute our projects effectively. Working closely with HudMed's senior leadership, this individual will be on a trajectory to becoming a senior team leader within our organization. The position involves primarily evening hours and occasional weekends, with built-in break weeks to ensure work‑life balance.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Led a team of technicians by setting up, managing, and coordinating the required number of team members, tools, and supplies for each project.
  • Three out of the four weeks each month you will be leading a crew at night while we work on hospitals.
  • Coordinate transit logistics related to the project, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel to project sites.
  • Assign technicians to projects based on skillsets and project requirements, providing necessary supervision to ensure effective work performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians throughout each project, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between hospitals and technicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Receive comprehensive training in‑house from HudMed's senior leadership to develop the skills and expertise required for this role.
