Are you an aspiring project manager with experience in managing small to mid‑sized contracts within the construction or facilities management industry, looking to work for a thriving business with exciting clients?

This construction company specialises in refurbishments and facilities management across the UK. They work with exciting clients such as Manchester City FC, and on major property developments in residential and commercial.

On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the team. You will play a key role in commercial growth by overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, maintaining project plans, and monitoring budgets, progress and timelines to ensure successful completion.

The Role
  • Assist with the management of assigned projects from initiation through to completion
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with company standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations
  • Support pricing, estimation, and tender submissions for new works
