• Lead the pastry kitchen team to culinary excellence, supervising and coaching staff on techniques, presentation, and safety.
• During busy service periods, command the pass while supporting chefs on various kitchen sections to ensure timely service.
• Oversee kitchen operations, monitor inventory levels, and optimize cost control through ADACO-assisted stock ordering to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and health and safety standards; collaborate with front-of-house to address feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.
