Job summary

Orrery by Pierre Minotti is seeking a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to lead the pastry kitchen team, coaching staff on techniques, presentation, and safety. You will command the pass during service and support chefs across sections to ensure timely, high-quality dishes.

You'll oversee operations, monitor inventory, and drive cost control with ADACO, while upholding top cleanliness and food safety standards. Collaboration with front-of-house will help ensure a memorable guest experience at Marylebone.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry kitchen team, supervising and coaching staff on techniques and presentation.
• Command the pass during busy service periods and assist chefs across sections.
• Oversee kitchen operations, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Monitor inventory and optimize cost control, including ADACO-assisted stock ordering.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to address customer feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.
