Responsibilities

• supervise and coach kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation and safety protocols.
• during busy services, command the pass and support chefs across sections to ensure efficient preparation and timely service.
• in head chef's absence, oversee kitchen operations, maintaining quality and consistency.
• monitor inventory levels and optimize cost control with ADACO-assisted stock ordering to minimize waste.
• uphold cleanliness and organization per health and safety regulations.
• collaborate with front-of-house to address guest feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.
