You will supervise and coach staff on techniques, take charge at the pass during busy services, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

You will also monitor stock with ADACO, uphold safety standards, and drive cost control while maintaining quality.

• Supervise and coach kitchen staff on techniques, presentation and safety.
• Lead the pass during busy services and assist chefs across sections.
• Monitor inventory and optimize cost control with ADACO-assisted stock ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards.
