Responsibilities

• Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners.
• Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets.
• Assist with quarterly partner reporting.
• Provide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews.
• Act as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (boarding, servicing, marketing).
• Support partner residual payments.
• Support partner contract renewals.
• Respond to reactive partner queries.
• Support product upsells into Tier 4 portfolio (Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT).
• Support platform migration projects (Cybersource/BG350).
• Support Adhoc projects.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Platforms team and help shape the future of global commerce. This individual will support a Senior Partner Manager with our Admin (Tier 4) portfolio. This position will be expected to support the Partner Manager in maximising lead referrals/revenue opportunities, support with reactive partner queries, help develop/grow partners to move to Tier 3 and support with any Adhoc project work. The successful applicant must demonstrate a level of industry technical knowledge and have some understanding of how third-party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem. What you'll Own

• Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners
• Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets
• Assist with quarterly partner reporting
• Provide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews
• Act as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)
• Support SPM with partner residual payments
• Support SPM with partner contract renewals
• Support SPM with reactive partner queries
• Support with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT)
• Support with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350)
• Support with Adhoc projects
