Worldpay (Uk) Limited is seeking a Junior Partner Manager to join our Platforms team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will support a Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners, maximise lead referrals, and assist with partner reporting and quarterly reviews.

The role requires industry knowledge, strong relationship skills, and the ability to navigate complex partner queries while supporting platform migrations and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payments industry experience.
• Proven ability to sell technical solutions.
• Background in commercial roles with sales quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Well organised with multitasking ability.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners.
• Maximise lead generation to meet revenue targets.
• Assist with quarterly partner reporting.
• Facilitate structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews.
• Liaise with internal teams (boarding, servicing, marketing).
• Assist with partner residual payments.
• Assist with partner contract renewals.
• Handle reactive partner queries.
• Support product upsells into Tier 4 partners.
• Support platform migration projects (e.g., Cybersource/BG350).
• Contribute to adhoc projects.
