Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments industry.
• Proven ability to sell technical solutions (e.g. integrated products).
• Commercial role background with delivery against sales quota.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Clear communicator.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good problem solver.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners.
• Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets.
• Assist with quarterly partner reporting.
• Provide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews.
• Act as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing).
• Support SPM with partner residual payments.
• Support SPM with partner contract renewals.
• Support SPM with reactive partner queries.
• Support with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio.
• Support with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350).
• Support with Adhoc projects.
